Lorde Tops Billboard 21 Under 21 List for 2014 Including 5 Seconds of Summer & Justin Bieber, See Full List
Billboard has announced their complete list of the Hottest 21 Stars Under 21 and Lorde beat out 5 Seconds of Summer and Justin Bieber for the No. 1 spot.
The 17-year-old New Zealand-born singer tops the list that the magazine does yearly that ranks music's most powerful minors - everyone from international stars, social-media powerhouses, on-the-rise groups and singers. This list is made up off well-known names and stars on the rise that they feel will continue to keep achieving entertainment success toward adulthood.
