The latest spoilers of the upcoming season indicate that some of the secrets of Nathan Fillion's Rick Castle could be exposed.

Stana Katic's Kate Beckett and the 12^th Precinct of NYPD will be in the row of investigation. It is speculated that the fans might have answers for their unanswered questions from as early as Castle season 7 premiere. The fans are eager to know what she might find out.

The Showrunner, David Amann has said that the upcoming season will be more exciting and it will answer the questions that were raised from the previous season. Fans have expressed their dissatisfaction on how the season 6 ended but they are trusting that the makers will give them a happier ending this season.
