The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Spoilers, Premiere, Trailer, Episode 1 News, Cast And Rumors: Stefan Has A New Woman In His Life And It's Not Caroline
We have the latest for you on the spoilers, premiere, trailer, episode 1 news, cast and rumors of The Vampire Diaries season 6. With season 5 of CW's supernatural series, The Vampire Diaries ending in an unexpected twist, that is in the death of Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Bonnie (Kat Graham), the network has released a longer trailer from the 30-second promo released in August.
Will Elena move on? In the trailer she laments by vocalizing all what Damon has done and how much he meant to her in her life.
"I want to thank you for giving me everything I ever wanted: the love that consumed me, adventure, and passion. There is nothing more that I could have asked for, except for it to last forever," she says as she remembers the happier times she shared with Damon.
With the season kicking off few months after the death of Bonnie and Damon, Mystic falls, now a magic free zone with no imminent danger from the "supernatural beings", people are going about their normal lives. Meanwhile everyone else is handling Damon and Bonnie's unexpected departure in different ways. While Elena is desperately searching for a way to bring back Damon and is willing to do just anything to have him back, Stefan seems to be handling this departure in a positive turn out. There is a new woman in his life and it may come as a shock to discover it is not Caroline. Who is this mysterious new woman?
In the trailer Stefan's new girl asks him to reveal something about himself and without a blink, "I'm a vampire", wait isn't this supposed to be a secret? Lot of suspense on how she will take the news.
Jeremy seems to be taking the demise of his girlfriend, Bonnie, in a hard way as he has already taken to the bottle. Caroline is buddying up with Alaric.
Ian Somerhalder hinted that this could be the last season for the series in a statement which he said "I think the show will go on as long as the actors want the show to go. You know, look, everybody's under contract," the 35-year old actor said. He added, "I know that we've got plans for season 6 we've got plans for season 7. I know that our bosses have plans for season 8, 9, 10. I said I want part of it as long as I know I could keep telling good stories and as long as the ensemble people that I work with want to be there and are committed and dedicated."
The Vampire Diaries premieres on October 2nd on The CW.
