Eminem's Shady XV album for 2014, release date and other latest news: Album release will coincide with the 15th anniversary of Eminem's major label debut back in 1999 - certified Quadruple Platinum
Rumor has it that Eminem is soon to come out with a new album this 2014 under the suspicion of being Shady XV, which is basically a revisit on his Slim Shady LP Creation. This information have been teased to the fans by the artist himself during the back-to-back concert with Rihanna at Comerica Park in Detroit. As a matter of fact, Eminem have even sent out a tweet during the last VMA awards stating this:
"Blink and you'll miss it, #VMAs, #ShadyXV"
There is also a teaser image that is posted on the artist website containing the image Shady XV and the words Black Friday underneath. Although it had already been removed, many fans are already speculating that the next album might be released on that upcoming calendar date. Should this album be released, it will coincide with the 15th anniversary of Eminem's major label debut which had been certified as quadruple platinum.
According to our source, the album will be a two-CD compilation. The first disc will feature some of Slim Shady's greatest hits which include 50 cents 'In Da Club' and Eminem's 'Lose Yourself'. The other disc will contain new songs and music from Eminem, Slaughterhouse, Bad Meets Evil, D-12 and even Yelawolf. We can already picture fans pre-ordering the disc even before they get an official confirmation of its release date.
Here's a fan fact for you, The Slim Shady LP had been released last February 23, 1999 and have been recorded various types from 1997-98 at Studio 8. Should the album release do push through, it will fall on November 24 of this year.
