Taylor Pride's "Broken Record" Helps Free Us from the Past

Singer and songwriter Taylor Pride has released a brand new song "Broken Record" today. You can listen to the song HERE.

Pride writes, "Does your past seem to hold you back? Then this song is for you --- `Broken Record' is a joyful reminder to look to God, and watch what happens when we praise HIM instead of allowing our previous mistakes to define us. Even though our situations may not appear to improve, our spirits are strengthened when we `fix our eyes on what is unseen' (2 Corinthians 4:18), resolutely praising Him like a broken record."

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Pride began his musical journey at a young age, where his mother taught him how to play piano. During his high school years, Pride started writing heartfelt songs and leading praise and worship at his local church. Once he graduated, he moved to Chicago to attend Wheaton College, where he sang alongside artists such as: Todd Dulaney and the Harlem Gospel Choir.

Nowadays, he writes worship songs that encourage us to shift our gaze from our present problems and onto timeless truths.
