Thrive Worship Previews New Album with "Coming Back"
Thrive Worship, the global worship team at Bayside Church in Northern California, has just released their new Integrity Music single "Coming Back." The song is taken from their upcoming album Pour Your Spirit Out recorded live at Bayside Church, CA. The new album will be released on May 6.
It can be so easy to take our first love for granted and to forsake an authentic relationship with God for a "go- through-the-motions," kind of faith. With "Coming Back," Thrive Worship invite us to lay down our striving and to get back to the wonder and joy of really knowing Jesus and His Love.
"Coming Back" is an embodiment of one of the central themes of the band's new album, Pour Your Spirit Out: Jesus changes everything and His arms are open wide! Worship leader Taylor Gall concludes, "We pray you find again the wonder of His Presence through this song," setting the scene for the passionate and jubilant worship that we can expect from the Californian team's new project!
Thrive Worship is the global worship team at Bayside Church, a multisite movement based in Northern California. Being part of the current fastest growing church in America, Thrive Worship is a group of diverse singers and musicians across seven campuses, expanding their creative reach while keeping the same core passion and message.
Working as a worship family, they express the following approach - "a church for people who don't like church" - with songs that are focused on unwrapping the Gospel to everyone. The uncomplicated and power-filled nature of their mission has seen Thrive Worship break new ground in the American worship landscape.
After signing with Integrity Music in 2018 and releasing their debut album, A Thousand More, Thrive Worship kept pursuing their call to equip the Church with truth and faith with a brand-new EP released in September 2021 titled Let's Have Church. The 6-track EP came from a time of overflow of songs being poured out on the team and a constant theme of the early church arose, becoming the backbone of their latest release.
Thrive Worship are now gearing up to the release of a new live album titled Pour Your Spirit Out set to release on May 6th. The live album is named after the homonymous song released on 'Let's Have Church' - one that really framed the theme of celebrating the body of Christ that Thrive Worship are running with.
