"Fifty Shades of Grey" Movie Official Twitter Released First Sneak Peek of the Movie Today, Followed by the First Official Movie Trailer
Ever since it was announced that a film adaptation of E.L. James's racy novel "Fifty Shades of Grey" was officially happening, fans of the book trilogy have been anxiously awaiting any tiny glimpse of the film. Their patience was rewarded earlier today, when the movie's official Twitter account tweeted a photo of an empty helicopter, along with the caption, "Are you ready? #FiftyShades."
Fans speculated that the photo most likely depicted Charlie Tango, Christian Grey's private helicopter.
The story revolves around Ana, an innocent young woman fresh out of college, who has the good fortune (or misfortune, depending on which way you look at it) to meet and fall in love with Christian Grey. Grey is a mysterious millionaire with intense emotional problems and kinky sexual preferences of the BDSM persuasion. The book series leads the reader through the ups and downs of Christian and Ana's tumutuous relationship.
The helicopter named Charlie Tango is only one of Grey's numerous modes of transportation. It crops up most importantly in the second book of the trilogy.
The first trailer for the film will be released next Thursday, July 24. This is the very first glimpse of footage that fans will get to see until the film premieres this upcoming Valentine's Day. Although some film footage was revealed at this year's CinemaCon, none of it has made its illicit way onto the Internet.
The cast of the film includes Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson as Christian and Ana, along with others such as Eloise Mumford, Luke Grimes, Jennifer Ehle, Max Martini, and Victor Rasuk.
