Tauren Wells Releases New "Famous For (I Believe)" Video
Still riding high from his newly minted platinum certification of "Hills and Valleys," six-time GRAMMY® nominee Tauren Wells has released the official music video for " Famous For (I Believe) ," the second single from his acclaimed sophomore album Citizen of Heaven. Filmed live before the COVID-19 pandemic, Tauren joins Bethel Music's Jenn Johnson and Latin artist Christine D'Clario to showcase a powerful message of faith that is much needed during these unprecedented times. Check out the video here.
"There have been few moments in human history like the one we've been walking through during the last several months," Tauren reflects. "People are looking for something to hold onto in the midst of this struggle, whether it is peace, hope, or God. 'Famous For' is a prayer - a cry to God - that not only will we see Him repeat his greatest works, but that we will see Him exceed those works during our generation. I believe this song is for this very moment."
The video for "Famous For" was filmed at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX. Tauren's smooth and velvety vocals weave effortlessly between Jenn and Christine's powerful harmonies, causing the entire Lakewood audience to stand on their feet for the duration of the performance. To date, "Famous For" has accrued 7.2 million cumulative streams. You can stream the entirety of Citizen of Heaven , including "Famous For," here .
