Hillsong Worship to Premiere Documentary 'The Making of AWAKE'

With a 30 plus year history and legacy of live worship albums, Grammy Award winning Hillsong Worship is gearing up for the release of "Awake," their first studio album in almost two decades. Dropping worldwide on Oct. 11, the compilation is available for preorder today and includes an exclusive track offer for "No One But You." 

On 11th October, Hillsong Worship will be airing 'The Making of AWAKE' exclusively on Hillsong Channel & Hillsong Channel NOW.  Follow Brooke Ligertwood and the Hillsong Worship team as they craft their new studio album, "AWAKE". As they write, record and introduce these new songs to the church, the team explores the heart behind not only the album, but their passion for worship, and for equipping the global church with music.

This exclusive documentary, "The Making of Awake", premieres Friday, October 11th, @ 8:00pm PT / 5:00pm BST / 7:00pm AEDT alongside the release of the studio album!  

Featuring the vocals of Brooke Ligertwood, Joel Houston, Taya, and Aodhan King, "Awake" is comprised of 12 newly penned tracks. It includes three bonus live/digital versions of "See the Light," "No One But You," and the group's first single "King of Kings," which continues to climb the charts with 4 million plus global audio streams and over 2 million YouTube views (live performance video).
