Season 6 Premiere of The Vampire Diaries coming this October
Get ready to mark your calendars as CW has recently announced that one of its hottest running drama series 'The Vampire Diaries' is set to return this 2nd of October.
On its season 5 finale last May, the show has created quite a havoc on the online community as the fans of the show grieve over the 'supposed' death of its most-loved character, Damon Salvatore. According the show's writer, the series will show how each of the characters, Elena, Stefan, Caroline and the others cope up with the loss of a loved one.
There have been rumors that Stefan will take Damon's death, really, really, hard. Well, what kind of brother would he be if he moves on so easy after his brother went on a suicide mission just to get him back from 'The Other Side'. Speaking of the latter, fans will finally get to know if it is really gone for good (hopefully not).
As many would have stated, there is no The Vampire Diaries without Damon Salvatore so rejoice as it is certain that he will return on the show along with Bonnie. As for getting him back to Elena's arms, Julie Plec teases that there are numerous ways it can be done, but that still remains as a mystery. How they will be worked out at the plot line is for us to look forward to!
Another question that fans have been left hanging with is whether or not Stefan and Caroline will finally give love a shot. I guess we'll just have to wait until October to find out.
