Gary Chapman Returns with New Album "The Truth" and Reality Series "Private Lives of Nashville Wives"
After being away from the industry for over a decade, celebrated singer-songwriter Gary Chapman has finally returned to music. In November Chapman released his first album in 10 years titled The Truth, via Merf Music Group. Chapman's latest studio release included guest appearances by Alison Krauss, John Rick, Tanya Tucker, Rebecca Lynn as well as Chapman's wife Cassie and their daughter Sarah.
As if a 16-track record wasn't enough, Chapman and his wife are gearing up for a big 2014 with their upcoming reality series Private Lives of Nashville Lives which premieres February 24th at 10 PM ET on TNT.
In recent months Chapman has been busy promoting his album. From New York to L.A. Chapman's made TV and radio appearances including the Mike Huckabee Show, Bill Martinez Live, The Curtis Report, Drew Marshall Show, On Faith's Edge, On Air with Tony Sweet, Bold Living, Christian Connections, CCM Classic, Full Circle, Christian Connections, Nashville's WSM Radio, JCTV's Real Videos, RFD-TV's Larrys Country Diner, CTN's Bridges and Homekeepers and many more.
Chapman has also returned to the stage to play his music live. Earlier this month he performed at the legendary Bluebird Café in Nashville. Following a co-hosting spot on Blue Collar Radio Tuesday night, Chapman delivered a performance at Nashville's Hard Rock Café in Nashville as part of the Rushlow in the Round concert series.
For over 30 years Chapman has been leading the charge in crossover contemporary Christian pop, country and southern gospel. Writing songs with Kenny Rogers, Wynonna, Alabama, Chapman has won multiple Dove Awards and earned several Grammy nominations.
