'General Hospital' Spoilers: Jason Morgan Awakens

Fans of Billy Miller will be delighted to know that he will be playing the role of Jason Morgan.

This is after Steve Burton, who originally played the character, left the show. Steve Burton is now working on another show called Young and the Restless. The actor was not replaced or fired, Burton just left on his own. Billy Miller was called upon to be a part of the cast as the returning Jason Morgan on the show.

After waking up from surgery, fans are excited and anxious to know whether Jason Morgan will remember his own past and his own identity. Other fans and viewers speculate that the plot will give another chance to Elizabeth Webber and Jason Morgan's love team as Elizabeth will nurse Jason Morgan back to health.

Meanwhile, Jason's wife, Sam, is currently with her new potential lover, Patrick, in Europe. Sam does not know that Liz's unknown patient is really her husband. This plot has been widely used in other TV shows and movies, so it could be used in this show too, according to General Hospital Spoilers.

While being nursed to health, Jason mentions to Elizabeth that he suddenly remembers the name "Jake", which is the name of their biological son and baby. With no knowledge of Jason's true identity, Elizabeth and Jason assume that "Jake" is Jason's name.

In Europe, while Sam and Patrick are tracking down and finding the Fake Luke, the two will bond closely, hints General Hospital spoilers. With the distance and new developments in the plot, it would seem that the old flame between Jason Morgan and Elizabeth Webber will be rekindled, and Sam would experience a new spark with Patrick in Europe, especially while on the plane flying to Amsterdam. Sam and Patrick would get cozy with each other, according to General Hospital spoilers.

General Hospital is one of the longest running shows in television. It received a Guinness world record for the longest-running TV medical drama in the United Kingdom. The show first aired back in 1963 and has, since, continuously run until today, giving it more than 50 years of runtime.
