Google And HTC To Unveil Nexus 8 This Month - Newest Android OS Set To Be Launched With This Exciting Google Device!
After iPhone 6 has taken the techno-world by storm, Google's newest gadget is expected to steal the limelight. Search engine giant's newest flagship tablet, Nexus 8, will be unveiled this month of October, The News Tribe reports.
Co-produced with HTC, Google Nexus 8 is rumored to be launched on HTC's October event. It has been previously reported that Google's flagship tablet is due to launch last June, but it didn't happen. Nevertheless, Google Nexus 8 is still considered the most anticipated tablet of the year.
The new gadget is also rumored to have the latest Android operating system by the Palo Alto giant. Google is said to be launching the newest "Android L" or the "Android Lollipop." The previous operating system was called Android Kitkat.
In terms of processor, the Google Nexus 8 is expected to have a 64-bit Tera base CPU on board with 2 gigabyte RAM while the tablet's internal storage is said to be 64 gigabyte.
Latin Post also reported that Google Nexus 8 will be bigger compared to Nexus 7. The rumored size of the gadget is 8.9 inch display, almost as big as Apple's Ipad Mini. There are reports that HTC engineers, makers of the new gadget, are going back and forth from Taiwan to Mountain View to make the high definition screen possible.
Google Nexus 8 screen resolution is reportedly 2k. "The Nexus 8 is supposed to come with a super LCD display that will allow you to see images at 16:9 aspect ratio." Another anticipated feature is the two cameras at the back that "might be equipped with infrared depth sensors." These cameras are either 5MP or 8MP.
Consumers surely cannot wait for the next big thing in Palo Alto technology. Rumors have been more ablaze after a purported photo of the Google Nexus 8 was leaked.
The photo showed a tablet with a matte plastic design which was also used in LG's Nexus 5. This is contrary to the reports that Nexus 8 will have an aluminum body.
Google Nexus 8 is said to be a result of the good partnership between the two tech-giants, Google and HTC. And as the search engine's newest flagship gadget, Google Nexus 8 is expected to do well in the market.
Nexus 8 is rumored to be available at a cheap price of $399.
Tech gadget fans can't wait for the unvieling of this innovative product to hit stores.
