New Harry Potter Book Hinted By Author J.K. Rowling on Twitter, See What She Said Here
Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has been teasing fans on her Twitter account with some potential clues of a new book.
The 49-year-old English writer wrote, "Cry, foe! Run amok! Fa awry! My wand won't tolerate this nonsense. Something to ponder while I'm away X," to a fan who was analyzing the clues on her upcoming projects.
She added, "'Newt Scamander's History of New York Fauna: One town, my tale' Warmer," and when asked if it was the start of a movie, she responded, "Much warmer."
"#helpfulhint The solution is the first sentence of a synopsis of Newt's story. It isn't part of the script, but sets the scene," J.K. finally wrote.
Wo what should be make of this? Is there really a new book or movie, or is she just teasing her fans.
Earlier this year, Rowling gave her fans an inside look at another lesser-known character from the Harry Potter seres, Celestina Warbeck, in a new 500-word piece on pottermore.com.
Rowling nicknamed Warbeck the "singing sorceress" in the Harry Potter books and calls her "one of my favorite 'off-stage' characters in the whole series."
Along with the writing, Pottermore visitors will also have access to one of Celestina's tracks, "You Stole My Cauldron But You Can't Have My Heart." This is the first song that has been posted on the website.
The press release states: "Celestina is referenced in three of the Harry Potter books. The first mention is in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Book 2) when Harry hears her name on the Wizarding Wireless Network (wizard radio) while visiting the Weasley home. She's referenced again in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (Book 6) when she appears on a wizarding radio Christmas broadcast and once more in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Book 7)."
Celestina is never seen during the whole seven volumes of the Potter books, but Rowling always imagined her to resemble Shirley Bassey in both looks and style.
Celestina Warbeck
