The upcoming and one of the most anticipated releases from HTC this year would be definitely Nexus 9. The latest android base smartphone will feature android L and the good news is that the device has just passed the FCC.

The HTC Nexus 9 will represent Google and HTC partnership, which will merge between the unreleased android L and the ultimate hardware from HTC. The tablet has been FCC certified for Wi-Fi standards 802.11 a/b/g/n. The Wi-Fi connectivity will have new feature on 5.x GHz frequency. The tablet has managed to pass the RFID test. Therefore, NFC will surely be available.  The FCC document also listed that the tablet will have 16GB and 32 GB variant model.  The design of Nexus 9 will bring aluminum and premium case like HTC One M8. It is rumored that the tablet will be available with 4G LTE version also. The codename of the Google Nexus 9 was Volantis and Flounder. The frot side will come with front facing dual stereo speakers. The nickname of the speaker system will be HTC BoomSound speaker.

The Google Nexus 7 managed to achieve most popularity among the Nexus tablet series. The manufacturers has not released Nexus tablet since 2013. So Nexus fans are eagerly waiting for the new Nexus installment and soon it will heat the market. Fans can hope that the dual afford of Google and HTC will lead to an ultimate package with Andoid L Lollipop. From some sources, fans can expect to have the first sight of the Google Nexus 9 mid October or early November.

NVIDIA's front liner Tegra K1 chipset and Quad-Core 2.5 GHz Cortex-a15 processor will probably power the Nexus 9 with ULP GeForce Kepler ultra-gaming emulator. The display size of the tablet will be 8.9-inch with 1440 x 2048 pixel resolution and 281ppi pixel density. The display type is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors. The tablet is expected to have 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB internal storage model. The rear-facing camera will probably include 8MP camera sensor.
