Sony Xperia Z3 Features, Specs, Price, Updates, Review, Lastest News: Stunning Design and excellent display!
SONY recently revealed another flagship smartphone - Xperia Z3. Since it was introduced in September, this means Xperia Z3's arrival comes just months away from Xperia Z2, its predecessor. Granting that the release date is early and sounds like abit frustrating to those people who recently bought the predecessor and not knowing the latest model would come out just months away, but the company's quick release is due to their belief that users should keep updated from time to time.
Design
When it comes to the design, this model boasts a 5.2in full HD LED display. Still, the latest model is incredibly similar to its predecessor. Xperia Z3 has rounded edges along with a satin metal finish, which makes it easier to hold. Another feature is the fact that it can be soaked in water for 30 minutes at 1.5m depth due to its waterproof IP68 and IP65 certifications and dust-resistant, the highest waterproof rating so far.
Screen
Sony Xperia Z3 comes with impressive features. It comes with a 1080x1920 resolution and 5.2in display. The pictures are crystal clear and stunning to see. Due to its Triluminos display technology, the display looks vibrant. This is also attributable to 424ppi, its pixel density. Xperia Z3's screen also comes with IPS technology, which contributed to wider viewing angles, deep color representation despite from taut viewing angles.
Performance and software
This latest model is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, running at 2.5GHz with 3GB of RAM. The speed increases, and the device is faster with no lag, even when recording and playing 4K video.
Camera
The most impressive feature is its rear-facing camera because it do not only feature a 20.7MP sensor but also its capability of recording 4K video, and boasts an image sensor "Exmor RS for mobile".
Battery, storage and connectivity
The battery in this latest model is better. During standby mode, the screen will still be connected to 3G and WiFi and is capable to receive calls, text messages and social media notifications. The battery drained even if it is still 25 percent. The battery will last for a day and a half. However, the battery life depends on the way you use your phone.
