It is not only books that get to turn into movies but also TV series from way back are now something that is now on the rise. Speaking of which, an upcoming movie called The Equalizer is going to be in theaters on September 26, 2014. Calling all fans of action, crime and thriller; this movie is sure to give you all of that.
Starring Denzel Washington as Robert McCall who is this man with his mission to forget his past. There are lots of things mysterious about him that he'd rather not bring up and completely forget so he could move on. He now wants a simple and a peaceful life. But it all changed when he suddenly met a young woman being manipulative by some Russian mobsters. He wants a simple life but he couldn't just let evil happen and take over the girl's life. So despite her plan to live in full serenity, he once again found himself dragged into a chaotic lifestyle that he thought he no longer would be involved in.
There will be a lot of action in this movie that would surely keep you awake the entire time. Denzel Washington is known for high quality studio films so there is no way this movie is going to flop.
Back in the 80s when this movie was just on TV, it ran for 4 seasons before the CBS network decided to end it. Lots of guest stars were there like Macaulay Culkin (Home Alone), Melissa Joan Heart (Sabrina the Teenage Witch), Kevin Spacey (Seven) were once spotted on this series.
The adaptation of this TV series is getting a lot of buzz since Washington will now play the lead role. Don't forget to catch its premiere on September 26. That day surely will bring you a lot of action.
