iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Pro 12.9-inch: Rumored Specs and Release Dates
With the advent of the iOS 8, people are really excited with what the next iOS devices have to offer. Among the many devices that Apple has, the most speculated upon are the iPad Air 2 and the iPad Mini 3.
It has been originally thought that Apple will no longer be releasing any new version of iPad this year. However, all that changed after talks of an October release date for iPad Mini 3. This news was leaked by KGI Securities analyst Ming-chi Kuo.
The Mini 3 will be coming out wider than its predecessor with a 7.9 inches display. However, the same cannot be said of the iPad Air 2 which is also expected to be released before this year ends. The Air 2 is expected to be thinner but still keeps the same resolution and screen size.
Being new, these two devices will definitely be running with the iOS 8 and the new A8 processor. Coupled with a 2GB RAM, multitasking and gaming would be a lot easier. These specs would definitely provide an improved experience unlike any that iOS device users had before. This is why there is great excitement in the air.
Another device that is also currently getting a lot of attention is the iPod Pro. This device is highly acclaimed as the biggest tablet with its 12.9-inch display. What excite people are the reports that this tablet will be available in the market along with the iPad Air 2 and the iPad Mini 3.
However, it would be safer to assume that the wide iPad Pro will be in the market around summer next year.
