Peter Pan is here! Problem?
She's a girl! NBC's Peter Pan Live will star Allison Williams as Peter Pan. Peter Pan Live cast will also include Christopher Walken will take the role of Captain Hook.
In an interview with the Today, Williams revealed that she is ready to "go all the way" to play the role of Peter Pan Live. She even offered to cut her hair for the role. Williams said. "I sort of very tentatively offered to cut my hair, I was like, 'You know, if it's a thing that would help I could cut my hair,' and they were like, 'You're welcome to do that, we're still gonna put you in a wig."

The Peter Pan's star posted a video of herself learning how to fly. Peter Pan Live release the first photo of the star dress up for the part. It gave us a preview of what can we expect from the new series. In the photo, Willams wore the classic green vest, leather wrist bands and leather brown boots. She wore a black fishnet shirt under the vest. She's the Peter Pan of the new generation.
Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said that Williams is a "major find." They also said, "She will reinvent the iconic role of Peter Pan with her wit, her warmth, her dynamic flying and her wonderful musical abilities."
Peter Pan Live Rumors
Peter Pan Live is rumored to be considering Allison's father do play the part of Captain Hook, but her daughter immediately dispelled the rumor. She said, "I cannot confirm nor deny, but I can deny that," she said. "No, he's pretty busy. ... I will be doing my own thing."
Peter Pan Live release date is on December 4. Fans sure are happy that there's something new to look forward to this coming holiday season.
