Alyssa Jordan Teams Up with Citizen Way's Ben Calhoun to Pen "Good Day"
Twenty-year-old artist and songwriter Alyssa Jordan has just released her brand new single, "Good Day." Co-written by Jordan & Citizen Way's Ben Calhoun, "Good Day" reminds us of how the truth of God's presence can alter how we face the challenges of our day.
It's gonna be a good day
No nothin' keep my smile away
It's gonna be a good day
No matter what comes my way
You've always been with me
So I know you'll be with me
'Til the sun shines on my face
It's gonna be a good
It's gonna be a good
It's gonna be a good
It's gonna be a good day
Singing away my blues
with the blue birds in a blue sky
Knowing that you'll take care of me
Every little tear, every fear, just anything
I wanna thank you for everything
Jordan grew up in the small town of Whitney Point, New York. Alyssa is known for her unique, smooth, and powerful voice. Growing up, she was called "The little girl with the big voice". Jordan is currently living in Memphis and plans to continue writing, recording and releasing songs. She is already amazed at what God is teaching her and others through her music. She is excited for what God has in store and is following where He leads her!
