Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson Launches ‘Unashamed’ Podcast
Blaze Media is excited to announce Unashamed with Phil Robertson, an all-new video podcast available Sunday, April 28 from the patriarch of the Robertson clan made famous on the hit show Duck Dynasty.
For the first time since the Duck Dynasty finale, Duck Commander Phil Robertson joins two of his sons, Al and Jase, in a weekly episode packed with faith, family, freedom, and fun.
"Making this show feels just about as natural as breathing for me, Jase and Al," says BlazeTV host Phil Robertson. "We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we are not ashamed of our way of life, and we will not be silent. All the trappings of the world, the media, and the temptations of fame and wealth are meaningless. People need to stop holding back, softening up the message till it's unrecognizable. Just tell it like it is, like it's written. Be what and who you really are in its light. That's what we'll do. We'll talk about our lives, we'll read from the Bible, and we'll do it in ways that make sense to regular people. With us, I can promise you you'll get the pure, unadulterated truth. Just like I need it. Just like Al and Jase need it, just like we all need it."
The official show trailer shows the Robertson men reading from Romans 1:16-17. "I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, then to the Greek. For the gospel reveals the righteousness of God that comes by faith from start to finish, just as it is written: 'The righteous will live by faith.'"
New episodes of the show will be available every Sunday on Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Play, Phil Robertson's YouTube Channel, and on BlazeTV.
