Creators Behind Annie Moses Band Launch New Publishing House, ManAlivePublishing.com
Bill and Robin Wolaver, the creators of the Nashville-based award-winning, Juilliard-educated Annie Moses Band known for its impeccable artistry and genre-defying music, announce today the launch of ManAlive Publishing.
Offering popular sheet music and original song arrangements made famous by Annie Moses Band, along with a host of other musical works and compositions large and small, ManAlive Publishing is meant to be a resource for pianists, music ministers, choir and theater directors, teachers, ensemble players and more. It provides a full complement of genres, including Piano, Vocal/Accompaniment, Choral, Orchestral and Theater, as well as a series of music for children and Christmas music.
Nashville's award-winning songwriter-composer husband-wife team, Bill and Robin Wolaver, have over forty years' experience in the music industry. Their accolades range from the award-winning Sandi Patty single "Make His Praise Glorious," Dove Award-nominated original children's musicals and Emmy-nominated PBS Specials, to the creation of the Annie Moses Band.
Dedicated to making God's praise glorious, Robin shares, "We believe that music should be pleasing to hear and perform. Music should instill awe and wonder, give comfort and joy, offer reverence and feed the soul...because music stays with us forever in the deepest recesses of our hearts. The purpose of ManAlive Publishing is to fill these needs everywhere - in churches, in orchestra halls and in the home."
Choir directors will find a trove of new choral works in a variety of arrangements (Soloist and Choir, Children's Choir, SATB and Choir, A Cappella) featuring beloved works such as "All Things Bright & Beautiful," "Mary Had A Baby," Our Father In Heaven" and "Lord Make Me An Instrument." Piano arrangements by Bill Wolaver, which have become favorites of piano players everywhere, include traditionals such as "Shenandoah," "Simple Gifts" and "Softly and Tenderly."
Vocalists and instrumentalists will find classic repertoire from Annie Moses Band to choose from such as "Love's Legacy," "Tough As Nails" and "When Daddy Says I'm Beautiful" to reverent classics like "Lover of My Soul," "What Wondrous Love Is This" and Christmas fan favorites "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," "Jingle Bells," "When the Christmas Baby Cries" and more.
Furthermore, musicals for children, like the Dove Award-nominated Voyage of the Friendship, written by Robin and Bill Wolaver, offer heart-felt drama, side-splitting humor, mountains of melody and messages of life-giving hope. Resources for teachers and parents also include access to children's arrangements, Christmas music and theater works, as well as the latest project from Annie Moses Band's children's brand Tommy & Me, What Every Child Should Know About God.
