Spiritual Advisor to the Stars Pastor Marquis Boone Showed The Power Of God Through His Encouraging Words During BET’s 2014 Celebration of Gospel Prayer Breakfast on Friday, March 14th
On Friday, March 14th, Spiritual advsor, best - selling author, entrepreneur and motivational speaker Pastor Marquis Boone served as the keynote speaker at the BET's Celebration of Gospel Prayer Breakfast held at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills.
The annual event served as a praise-filled kick-start to the weekend festivities, which included the taping of the highly anticipated 14th annual BET Celebration of Gospel. This year's theme, "Forward In Faith", lended itself as an epithet to Pastor Boone's ministry as his innovative approach to spiritual leadership continues to push boundaries in and beyond the realm of his faith-based endeavors.
The prayer breakfast event was hosted by new artist Keith Williams with prayer by eOne recording artist JJ Hairston and featured worship-filled presentations by rising new artists Johnathan McReynolds, Charles King, Chrystal Rucker, Motown Gospel recording artist Micah Stampley and BET's Sunday Best Season 2 winner Y'anna Crawley.
Attendees at the event included a who's who that included Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Pastor Hezekiah Walker, Pastor Toure Roberts, Anita Wilson, Kenny Lattimore, Stephen B. Steward, Fonzwort, BET's Sunday Best season 6 winner Tasha Page-Lockhart and a host of record executives, publicists among more .
Pastor Boone also attended the taping of BET's Celebration of Gospel set to air Sunday April 6 at 8pm ET/ 7pm CT on BET.
