Despite quarterback Romo's back injury, Murray exhibited his optimal effort as he pushed through a line of defenders prior to losing grasp of the ball. "I am going to continue to play hard and fight for every inch," Murray said. "I am going to give us every inch and every yard that I can," he added.
According to ESPN, running back DeMarco Murray gave a number of curse words and kept yelling as he went to the locker room after Dallas Cowboys 20-17 defeat in overtime to the Washington RedSkins. He also spoke his thoughts in a statement about the game's outcome in the website. "Whatever play is called, that's what we believe in," he said. "Scott (Linehan) does a great job to put us in great positions to make plays," he added.
