"Call of Duty: Advance Warfare": A "Blockbuster Franchise" To-Be
There have been some leaks and rumors about the latest instalment of the Call of Duty series. But now, the Sledgehammer Games co-founder Glen Schofield broke their silence and hit back at leaks, according to Express.
The new instalment will have its new title Advance Warfare and is expected to be released on the 4th of Nov. 2014. According to Gamespot, the online channel that has the trailer of the new game was taken down quickly, but it reveals that the new game will have a new "30-kill DNA Bomb Scorestreak."
In the "Call of Duty: Advance Warfare," you can kill 30 enemies without dying plus it will activate the bomb that once its detonated, it will kill all your enemies in the game and releases a green mist that will spread throughout the area for a limited time only. There's also some parts of the leaks that states that you have an option to turn on and turn off the paintball effects of your game, and it can also show you the full list of weapons camouflage patterns that are available on launching.
It said that the co-founder was left feeling angry for the leaks and the footage that was spread online, that was leaked so close to the launch date of the new game. He posted some tweets in Twitter stating that "We took 3 years to make a game... kept it quiet for the fans & it has to be stolen & leaked a week before. That sucks. A real bummer. Thanks a lot."
Meanwhile, according to Coming Soon, the "Call of Duty: Advance Warfare" has a vision to become a blockbuster franchise by taking the players to a future devastated by a global warfare attack.
In the game, rising from the chaos is Atlas, a Private Military Corporation led by the cunning Jonathan Irons. With the most powerful military force in the world, Atlas has effectively become a superpower for hire. Playing as Jack Mitchell, suit up in an advanced exoskeleton and join a highly-trained unit committed to restoring order. The exoskeleton mode can be used in a multiplayer game, by joining forces, the players can boosts actions and get rid of the enemies easily.
"Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on the 4th of Nov. 2014. So, gamers out there! Better watch out for the release of the game!
