'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth,' Confirmed PS4 PS+ Game on November
Speculations on the upcoming "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" vary. The Sixth Axis confirmed that it would be a PS4 PS+ Game on November. It further reported that Nicalis producer and founder, Tyrone Rodriguez, mentioned this about two months ago, but somehow the internet was not able to get hold of the news.
The Sixth Axis also revealed that the elements of "The Legend of Zelda and "Smash TV (rogue-like category)" come together in The Binding of Isaac. The game is jam-packed with numerous weapons, items and boosters. And Nicalis bragged about the length of time to unlock an item, a towering 500 hours. Not to mention its peculiar trailer which contains inappropriate imagery, a bit NSFW?
According to Hard Core Gamer, Tyrone Rodriguez answered questions from avid gamers. As posted on PS Blog, Rodriguez wrote that, "This is the PS+ November game for North America and Europe, so yes."
He added that a PS4 and PS Vita version corresponds with each other. He explained further that, "We've developed the PS4 and Vita version in parallel and have made sure that the experience is as close to each other as possible. But keep in mind we've had to make some adjustments to buttons because PS Vita has two less shoulder buttons. No backtouch, don't worry."
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will be released, November 4, on, PS Vita, PC, PS4, Linux and Mac.
Rodriguez also posted a comment at Play Station Blog, that the game features a cross-save mechanism, adding "so you can play on your PS4 and take it with you on the road," which means that one can play a game in PlayStation 4, save it and continue on Vita, or the other way around.
Now it is confirmed that "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" will be a part of Play Station Plus selection for Europe and North America. However, We Got This Covered disclosed that no final news yet from Sony with regards to November's PS Plus lineup, whether it would be an IGC member or not.
