Attack on Titan is a game that is suited and approved by the classification board to be viewed by audiences with age 15 and above. Although it was rumored that the version leaked in Australia is original still it the authenticity of it's the remake of Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Humanity series remains unclear. Even the developer of this game, Spike Chunsoft has not confirmed anything about an alleged distribution of the game outside Japan. Neither Atlus, its publisher, confirmed the publishing of the game. Even though the developer of this game have confirmed the creation of Attack on Titan game in 3D's he said that this will be released first in Japan and there are no confirmation yet if there will be publishing of this game on the western countries.

Also, Nintendo Insider reported that Spike Chunsoft is in search for publishing partner that can help localize the Nintendo 3Ds. As written in the report, they seek partnership with the Bandai Namco however this did not materialize according from the source, Shonen Gamez. It is expected that this will be released in western countries in May and also plan to bring it in North America.
