Samsung Galaxy Golden series family expands with its successor Samsung Galaxy Golden 2. The flip phone generation phone has been quite ancient to the users till now, and now it is ready to rule the markets again in golden color. The Galaxy Golden model originated in 2013 and the new model has already come to discussion. Samsung has not declared any release date of the phone but recently, it has successfully passed the TENNA certification of body in China with model number SW-W2015.

The phone interestingly interacts with dual split screens. Both the screen comes with 3.9-inch display size. The earlier version had 3.5-inch display size with 480 x 800 pixels resolution while the new Galaxy Golden 2 has 768 x 1280 pixels resolution with latest Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen.

The dimension of the flagship smartphone concludes a measurement of 153.5 x 78.6 x 8.5 mm. The device weighs 173g. The battery is rumored to have 1820mAh capacity. IBTIMES indicates the price of the smartphone will revolve around $400.

There has been no particular release news about the phone but it might come in November as its predecessor made its appearance in the same month. According to GSMARENA Samsung will target the Asian market. Then priority will be given for Korea and India release. In China, the phone will be lunched with China Telecom.

The device will contain high-end specification where the processor will be powered by Snapdragon 801 chipset with frequency of 2.5GHz. The RAM slot will be provided with 2GB of RAM and for better gaming experience Adreno 330 graphics chip will be included according to NDTV.

The camera department will also have major improvements with 16MP rear facing camera and 3.7MP front facing camera. The smartphone will support dual SIM service but LTE connectivity has not been confirmed yet. The operating system of the flagship smartphone will be Android version 4.4.4KitKat. External card slot feature will be there with 64GB microSD card slot facility.
